Die Re­zi­pro­zi­täts­re­gel be­sagt: Wenn uns je­mand einen Ge­fal­len tut, dann soll­ten wir ihm auch einen tun. Sind wir zu einer Party ein­ge­la­den, füh­len wir uns ver­pflich­tet, diese Per­son eben­falls ein­zu­la­den. Die Ver­pflich­tung zur Ge­gen­sei­tig­keit gilt in allen Kul­tu­ren un­se­res Pla­ne­ten. Sie ist uni­ver­sal, denn sie ent­springt der mensch­li­chen Psy­che. Diese Regel ist die Grund­la­ge für ein har­mo­ni­sches Mit­ein­an­der. Be­reits un­se­re stein­zeit­li­chen Vor­fah­ren haben ge­lernt, dass die Dan­kes­schuld eine Art An­pas­sung des Men­schen ist. Man be­kommt ein Ge­fühl, der an­de­ren Per­son ver­pflich­tet zu sein.

Un­be­wusst und tief ver­an­kert

Wenn wir Nah­rung ver­schen­ken, wenn wir En­er­gie in an­de­re Men­schen in­ves­tie­ren oder wenn wir Zu­wen­dung geben, dann tun wir das un­ter­be­wusst aus einem ziem­lich ego­is­ti­schen Grund her­aus: Im Grun­de ge­nom­men wol­len wir uns nur da­durch bes­ser füh­len und unser Ego auf­po­lie­ren. Zu­sätz­lich wis­sen wir, dass wir immer etwas zu­rück­be­kom­men. Und genau darum geht es bei Re­zi­pro­zi­tät.

Seien Sie mal ganz ehr­lich: Wann haben Sie das letz­te Mal etwas ge­ge­ben, ohne im Hin­ter­kopf ge­wusst zu haben, dass es lang­fris­tig ir­gend­ei­nen Vor­teil brin­gen wird? Der Mensch gibt sel­ten, nur weil er geben möch­te. Statt­des­sen han­delt er ego­is­tisch, mit dem Wis­sen, dass der An­de­re sich re­van­chie­ren wird. Genau das pas­siert auch bei Re­zi­pro­zi­tät im Ver­trieb. Es hat einen Grund warum es in­zwi­schen so viele Com­p­li­an­ce-Re­ge­lun­gen gibt und es den Ver­käu­fern ver­bo­ten wird, ir­gend­wel­che Ge­schen­ke mit­zu­brin­gen. Der Ein­käu­fer kommt näm­lich bei An­nah­me leicht in einen Kon­flikt – da er nor­ma­ler­wei­se auch als Mensch etwas geben möch­te.

Jeder von uns hat ge­lernt, sich an Re­geln zu hal­ten. Es ent­steht in un­se­ren Kul­tu­ren eine all­ge­mei­ne Ab­nei­gung und Ver­ach­tung ge­gen­über den­je­ni­gen, die nur neh­men, aber nichts geben. Men­schen han­deln per­ma­nent da­nach, nicht wie je­mand da zu ste­hen, der nur nimmt. Je­mand, der nur nimmt, wird in un­se­rer Ge­sell­schaft ver­ach­tet. Kei­ner möch­te Schma­rot­zer sein oder als gei­zig ab­ge­stem­pelt wer­den, denn diese Ei­gen­schaf­ten sind ge­sell­schaft­lich in­ak­zep­ta­bel und ver­ach­tens­wert.

Ein Prin­zip mit Wir­kung

Klei­ne Ge­schen­ke sind ex­trem wir­kungs­voll. Die Re­zi­pro­zi­täts­re­gel hilft Ihnen dabei, den Men­schen vor Ihnen un­ter­be­wusst in die Lage zu ver­set­zen, sich schul­dig zu füh­len und etwas zu­rück­ge­ben zu wol­len. Man muss nur vor­her nett genug ge­we­sen sein und dem Kun­den eine klei­ne Auf­merk­sam­keit ge­ge­ben haben. Wie oft ste­hen Kun­den an Im­biss­bu­den oder an­de­ren mo­bi­len Fast­food-Stän­den, um etwas gra­tis zu be­kom­men oder nur, um das An­ge­bot ein­mal zu tes­ten? Vie­len Kun­den fällt es dann schwer, das An­ge­bot letzt­end­lich doch ab­zu­schla­gen.

Ef­fek­ti­vi­tät der Re­zi­pro­zi­tät im Ver­trieb

Die Regel ist sehr ef­fek­tiv. Ich kenne Un­ter­neh­men, die keine Weih­nachts­ge­schen­ke an­neh­men und auch nicht mit Lie­fe­ran­ten zum Essen gehen dür­fen. Das kann sogar so weit gehen, dass ein Mit­ar­bei­ter bei einer Ver­an­stal­tung abends nicht zum Essen blei­ben darf, wenn ein Lie­fe­rant oder Mit­be­wer­ber auch auf der Ver­an­stal­tung ist. Nach­voll­zieh­bar sind diese Com­p­li­an­ce-Richt­li­ni­en schon, wenn man be­denkt, wie das Prin­zip der Re­zi­pro­zi­tät schon miss­braucht wurde.

This noodle restaurant was arranged on the Red Arrow Churchill, a legendary train in the history. The train has more than 80 years of history and is named after the private train of former British Prime Minister Churchill while travelling in Switzerland. Today, everyone will taste the delicious dishes with the accompany of the legendary train The Red Arrow Churchill and the beautiful scenery along the way. Next, I would like to invite Director Shen Wenzhe, who is in charge of Master Kong’s product innovation to give a speech for the opening of our noodle restaurant. Welcome!

本次列车从从卢塞恩(Luzern)出发,旅途预计花费3小时。

第一站是如童话般的自然保护区恩特勒布赫(Entlebuch),坐落在在伯尔尼和卢塞恩之间的恩特勒布赫生物圈保护区是瑞士目前唯一一个生物圈保护区。恩特勒布赫生物圈保护区(Biosphere Reserve Entlebuch)是瑞士最美丽、最独特的地区之一,也是感受瑞士广袤自然景色必去的目的地之一。

之后我们会到达风景宜人的田园小镇朗瑙(Langnau),小镇坐落在伯尔尼阿尔卑斯山脉和汝拉山脉之间,被茂盛繁密的草地、平和静谧的森林所环绕,小镇建筑风格还原最北欧的田园小镇风格,炊烟袅袅、自然祥和,所谓童话中的世界不过如此。

Welcome all the guests to the " The Master Kong Noodles House chez The Red Arrow Churchill ", I am the restaurant manager Son, now please take a seat under the guidance of our waiters, the train is about to start. We will depart from the beautiful Lucerne and take you to the most beautiful scenery in Switzerland. The train departs from Luzern and the journey is expected to take around 3 hours.
The first stop is the fairy-tale nature reserve Entlebuch. The Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve, located between Bern and Lucerne, is currently the only biosphere reserve in Switzerland. The Biosphere Reserve Entlebuch is one of the most beautiful and unique areas in Switzerland and one of the must-see destinations to experience Switzerland's vast natural beauty.
Then we will arrive at the scenic and idyllic town of Langnau, which is situated between the Bernese Alps and the Jura Mountains. It is surrounded by lush meadows, and peaceful and quiet forests. The style of the idyllic town is soaking in smoke and nature. And I would say his town is exactly a world of fairy tale.

Then we will pass the town of cheese, the vast Emmental pasture, which is described as “a place as beautiful as a dream home”. It is one of the most idyllic areas in Switzerland- a beautiful and secluded place. The large roof and wooden balcony decorated with flowers will make you feel like you are coming to the Hobbit's hometown of Charles.
After Emmental, we will reach the Napf Mountain where mountain hikers must go. People say this is the most beautiful place in Emmental. Beginning to hike in the mountains on Napf, pass a narrow path close to the ridge and pass by the houses of many villages along the way. The beautiful scenery of the Alps, central Switzerland and Jura is all along the way.

我们的开胃菜是瑞士本地有名的奶酪,主菜是康师傅品味甄选系列产品的四款面Express速达面馆、汤品粉丝、汤大师和香辣肉酱拌面,甜点是瑞士特色甜品蒙布朗。

我们同时也为各位备好了康师傅独家提供的涵养泉天然矿泉水,涵养泉选用地底岩层数十年溶滤的天然矿泉,富含偏硅,甘醇清冽,口感极软,用于搭配所有菜式都有锦上添花的衬托奇效。

既然来到瑞士用了西餐,我想借此机会为大家介绍一些平时较少接触到的西餐的用餐礼仪。
西餐常有佐餐酒相伴,我们首先来介绍一下,正确的持酒杯方式:我们拿酒杯的时候,应该注意不要将手肘靠在桌面上,而要悬空拿起。使用高脚杯饮用香槟时,应优雅地以手指拿着下半部的杯脚,托起慢慢引用。

用餐时,这块白色餐巾的使用也是大有讲究的:请不要将餐巾围在脖子上,而是应该往前折约1/31/2,铺在腿上就好。餐巾可以用来擦嘴,但不要用餐巾大力擦嘴,用餐巾的一小角轻轻擦即可。
用餐过程中,如果感觉端上的食物温度过高的话也不要吹凉食物,这样是不太雅观的,可以与旁人多聊上几句,等待食物自然变凉。

大家看到桌子上的筷子,是我们吃面的主要工具,各位外国朋友可以感受一下中国筷子的用法。筷子是博大精深的中国饮食文化的象征。筷子一头圆一头方,它代表中华最古老,哲学观:天圆地方。筷子在中国已经有了超过3000年的历史,3000来一直是中国人餐桌上最重要的餐具,我可以说,有中国人的地方,就有筷子。

正确使用筷子的方法其实不难,用拇指、食指、中指捏住一根, 虎口和无名指压住另外一根, 捏住的那根用于活动,就能轻轻松松夹住饭菜。

And press the other one with the ring finger and the part of the hand between the thumb and the index finger. The one that is pinched is used for movement to clamp the food.
